Ordering Tips

1. To service your needs as efficiently as possible, when contacting customer service, please remember to have any necessary information (your account number, reference numbers, product information, etc) readily available.

2. If someone from customer service contacts you with a question, be sure to ask for that person when you return the call. This will enable us to help you most efficiently with your answers and any follow-up information.

3. When calling to place an order for or return samples or sample books, be sure to ask for the sales department.

4.Don’t hesitate to ask for assistance or for more detail; we strive to provide you with the best possible service and answers to your toughest questions.

5. If you are calling for fabric, bedspreads, or other soft goods, please ask for the soft goods department. This helps direct your call quickly and efficiently.
