Selling Tips
1.Never predetermine your client’s pocket book and budget. Sell at the top, “Luminettes, Silhouettes, Duettes with bells and whistles, Country Woods, the new Crosswinds vertical blinds.” These are beautiful, unique window fashions that consumers love and you will reap the rewards of increased profits and enjoy repeat and referral business when you have totally satisfied clients!
2.Listen to your customer. Sometimes we are so anxious to tell our clients about a new product or benefit, that we don’t listen. Sit back, relax & listen for the buying signals. They will help us make the sale.
3. Be educated. By attending product seminars such as Premieres or P.I.P programs, you will increase your knowledge and comfortability with the products. Knowing your product helps you sell with confidence.
4. Keep your displays current. Change or rotate displays every 6 months. Consumers are looking for inviting, clean and up to date shopping environments in today’s competitive market. Think seasonally and refresh your showroom area with a spring or fall theme. Take advantage of special offers and our ongoing display pricing.
